Study of the Time and Environment Factors on the Emergency Ambulance for Traffic Accidents — Taking Taichung City as a Case Study

[[abstract]]According to Fire Act, fire fighting agencies has three important tasks fire prevention, rescue the disaster and emergency ambulance. Among then, the emergency ambulance has been the most important task business for the fire fighting agency for a long since comes. With the progress of science, the reason of the popularity of mobile phones using and fire units carry out the emergency ambulance service for free, the service of fire units has augmenting daily. In emergency cases, there are five main tasks: car accident, emergency, general trauma and fall injury, road down and other (including cardiopulmonary arrest, epilepsy accumulation, burns, poisoning poisoning ...), which contains a lot of traffic accident cases. The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether traffic accidents are affected by time factors: four seasons, holidays, commuting time, environmental factors such as gender, weather and cause difference. Regarding of these difference, we will analyze related precaution as the reference and propaganda for fire agencies, hope will usefully use in fire manpower and reduce the casualties of car accidents. In this study, the data of rescue work established by Taichung City Fire Department in the emergency rescue are analyzed with SPSS20 statistical software. Results, will provide a reference all for sectors in the implementation of emergency ambulance work.
