The SHS teacher-researchers mainly study human activity in context but few studies focus on their own activities and the dynamics of their professionalization. However, the interconnections between these three missions - research, teaching and contribution to the academic and social life - make that this profession is in complete mutation in the moving context of the beginning of this century.
