In this thesis, we explore the structural and vibrational properties of fluorinated and hydrated ammonia ices over a wide range of pressure and temperature. These crystals are considered as models to study the four main hydrogen bonds O-H…O, N-H…N, O-H…N, N-H…F and proton hopping mechanisms along these bonds. Although these mixtures are composed of simple molecules they are considered to be the major components of the interior of the giant icy planets (Neptune, Uranus) and their satellites (Titan, Ganymede), which has motivated their exploration under high pressure-temperature conditions.
