Law has a fundamental role in the contemporary scenario. On the one hand, law is a tool that can create conflicts or can increase the conflicts that already exist, and on the other hand, it can be a conflict mediator or a conflict solver. The solutions proposed by intercultural law deserve to be studied in depth and to be continuously exploited on authentic case studies.
