Embriogénesis somatica a partir de embriones zigotos inmaduros cultivados in vitro del género Prunus

Immature zygotic embryos of Suncrest (peach) and Crimson Gold (nectarine) in different stages of development were cultivated in vitro and allowed somatic embryos induction. The stage of zygotic embryo development and the culture medium selected were determinant to success. It was observed many somatic embryos when zygotic embryos were cultivated in MS liquid medium with 2 mglL 2,4-D, during 2 days and translated in MS gelled medium with O,lmgll NAA + 1 mg/L Kin. This combination was only effective when zygotic embryo, were smaller than a half to final long of mature seed
