This paper tries to explore the phenomenological theme of the informal caregiver burden of the terminal cancer patient with a palliative care at home. Framed the phenomenon in its broad outlines tackles it in those manifestations that, more than any other, interferes with clinical procedures and medical practice. Hypothesizes - lastly - an intervention protocol placed within the "person centered care", assuming as theoretical background the theory of "Dignity in care" introduced by Harvey Chochinov and the "Ailment Triangle" (introduced by the Authors of this paper and that will be published soon in its extensive form)
