The aim of the study was to develop the method for collecting and processing scintigraphic data to determine myocardial flow reserve by using gamma-camera with a new type detector based on Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT). Sixteen coronary artery disease patients and nine healthy volunteers received cardiac dynamic single-photon emission computed tomography with technetium 99m methoxyisobutylisonitrile ({99m}Tc-MIBI) at rest and during pharmacologic stress test.
