The article refers to the phenomenon of the dissemination of financial logic in the management of joint stock companies, which basic activities are conducted outside the financial sector. This phenomenon has been observed in the United States since the eighties of the twentieth century and is also confirmed in the European Union, some Polish companies operating across borders included.
