Prorocy, rozbójnicy i nauczyciele : czyli słów kilka o ruchach utopijnych i walce o sprawiedliwość społeczną w dobie Internetu

The following article is an attempt to find a common basis for the emergence of groups and movements aiming at changing the world as it is today, or altering certain elements of it. Starting with Thomas More and his Utopia, through a number of utopian socialists, ending with currently existing movements promoting alternative lifestyle (Project Venus, Church of the Last Testament) or civil disobedience (Anonymous, Stephane Hessel), the author analyzes the ways in which people attempt to face modernity, understood here as a consequence of the growth and development of the capitalistic economy. The article considers the ways in which the above mentioned people and movements fight for social justice, and combines it with descriptions of that fight existing in popular culture
