International audienceBackground: Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is often performed in patients with non-circular aortic annulus and in oversizing (OS) conditions. The impact of elliptical annulus shape and the consequences of oversizing/underdeployment on the hemodynamic performance are still debated.
