This paper presents the evaluation performance of a hybrid satellite constellation network which provides internet access based Transport Control Protocol (TCP). The evaluated satellite network uses the constellation topology operating on Low Earth Orbit (LEO). The COMMStellationTM satel-lite system implemented using network simulator 2 (NS-2). In this paper, we modified a conges-tion window control based on TCP Westwood. The results show that the proposed technique re-duces end-to-end (E2E) delay of transmitting packets. Hence the number of retransmission pack-ets reduced
