This study investigates the relationship between the five decision-making styles evalu-ated by the General Decision-Making Style Inventory, indecisiveness, and rationality in decision making. Using a sample of 102 middle-level managers, the results show that the rational style positively predicts rationality in decision making and negatively pre-dicts indecisiveness, whereas the avoidant style positively predicts indecisiveness
