The use of ω-3 fish oil–based lipid emulsions, in lieu of traditional soybean-based lipid therapy, has been shown to reverse PNALD in children. This sentinel report demonstrates reversal of PNALD in an adult patient with a change from soybean to fish oil–based lipid infusions
