The electrical conductivity of undoped cuprous chloride and cuprous chlo-ride containing cuprous sulfide as an impurity in concentrations between 0.20 and 1.0 mole percent (m/o) has been measured as a function of temperature between 60 ~ and 370 ~ using the a-c method. The results have been analyzed to obtain the values of the energies of formation and migration, mobility of copper interstitial ions, and concentrations of FrenkeI defects.
