I am amazed at how quickly three years have passed now that my editorship at Human Resource Development Review (HRDR) is coming to a close. It has been a busy but exciting time, one filled with challenges and opportunities, plus a fair share of sur-prises. Dealing with the journal has become such a part of my daily routine that I am not sure what will fill my time once my editorship ends. Nevertheless, I must admit I have been itching to initiate some new research projects, especially organizational research linked to curiosity, risk taking, and creativity.
