To investigate the segregation behavior of phosphorus in the grain boundary during high energy electron-irradiation, an in situ irradiation experiment in HVEM was carried out at 623-783 K to 15 dpa. Dislocation loops, voids and precipitates developed during Irradiation. At low doses, preferential precipitation occurred in the grain boundary, but at high doses phosphorus concentration decreased on the grain boundary. The results suggest that the segregation is induced by the solute-defect interaction during electron irradia-tion, and the decrease in the segregation at high dose can be attributed to fast grain-boundary diffusion.
