Purpose: The product’s features and parameters are increasingly dependent upon the organization’s competencies regarding infrastructural adequacies and abilities of the organization to manage its equipment and facilities in an optimal manner. This article aims to couple the Lean principles with supply chain characteristics in an Indian environment.
