High-density lipoprotein (HDL)-targeting therapies, including reconstituted HDL (rHDL), are attractive agents for treating dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis, as they may increase HDL levels and enhance therapeutic activities associated with HDL, includ-ing reverse cholesterol transport (RCT).
