Background: To investigate the distribution of CCR5-D32, CCR2-64I, and SDF1-3’A alleles in Guangxi province Zhuang pop-ulation.Method: A total of 180 healthy individuals and 150 HIV-positive patients were recruited. All individuals were genotyped for CCR5 polymorphism using polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and CCR2 and SDF1 polymorphism using PCR restriction frag-ment length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLPs). Results: No CCR5-D32 mutation was found. CCR2-64I frequency was 24.7 % in the healthy group and 20.3 % in the HIV-positive group, and SDF1-3’A was 30.6 % and 29.3 % in the 2 groups, respectively.
