Abstract—We present various “additive ” sufficient conditions for the nonsingularity of a complex partitioned matrix and an irreducible partitioned matrix. As the application, a new criteria of the positive stable matrix is given. The obtained results generalize some corresponding results. Keywords- Nonsingularity; Gerschgorin disc; Stable matrix I
