Patients with glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), a malignant primary brain tumor, inevitably develop resistance to standard-of-care chemotherapy, temozolomide. This study explores the effects of the novel agent NEO212, a conjugate of temozolomide to perillyl alcohol, on temozolomide-resistant gliomas.
