Chronic total occlusion of an anomalous right coronary artery arising from left coronary sinus is uncommon. We are describing a case of a 71 years old patient presented with severe chest pain along with exertional dyspnea with an inferior wall myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography showed anomalous right coronary artery originating from left coronary sinus having chronic total occlusion in proximal portion and normal left anterior descending artery and left circumflex ar-tery. We were successful in implanting the two stents at an occlusive region with good angio-graphic results
