Abstract: The purpose of this study is to present rare and endangered plant species exterminated by thoughtless development and gathering after investigating the flora of vascular plants in Hyangro-Bong and Mt. Gyeonbong-San designated as the natural protection zone, and to suggest the basic data for plant resources and trees conservation. The results of the study are followed. 1. As vascular plants clarified as the result of investigation, there were total 412 groups with total 75 families, 216 genuses, 352 species, 54 varieties, and 6 forms in Hyangro-Bong. In Mt.
