pRScRIR7OR _This study was conducted to identify successful-foreign language pr ms in undergraduate imitations of higherlearning and to examine those factors which were felt tc have contributed to their ccess. The study attempted to find patterns and apprceches-to foreign language instruction which might-Jegeneralized, reproduced,oduced, or adapted by 'other institutions to generate student interest and Lmprove teaching and learning.
