School of Molecular Sciences(Chemical Engineering)Colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) are semiconductor nanoparticles which have unique size and shape dependent optical properties. Because of these unique properties, CQDs have received considerable attention for fundamental interest and application to optoelectronic devices.
