This report demonstrates the application of a Bayesian BeUef Network de-cision support method for Force Level Systems Engineering to a collection of projects related to Aerospace Surveillance and Battle Management. The pro-posed method is used to determine the most credible combinations of these projects, and the most plausible evolutions of the force structures that they deliver over time. Since the analysis is based on strictly limited information, the results that are obtained are of a highly tentative nature. Nevertheless, the potential utility of such an approach is convincingly demonstrated. APPROVED FOR PUBLIC RELEASE ^ f04-O3'O5^/
