Mobile message push has become a ubiquitous technology in various applications such as online resource sharing, traffic surveillance, mobile health care and environmental monitoring. In mobile terminals, energy efficiency optimization is one of the most important issues due to battery power limitations, resource constraints and quality-of-service (QoS) requirements.
