Abstract — The propose is an innovative design to develop a system based on Arduino ProATmega168 microcontroller that is used for monitoring the voltage, current, temperature, frequency, vibration of a HV transformer in a Lab and to protect the system from the rise in above mention parameters. This project capable of recognizing the breakdown caused due to Temperature rise, over voltage and current. The design generally consists of two units, one in the substation unit, called as transmitter and display unit in main station called as controlling unit.
