The thesis focuses on employer branding strategy as a valid approach to human resources management in today’s challenging environment. Becoming an employer of choice and, in consequence, attraction, engagement and retention of high-performance workers or talents are the main goals of this strategy, able to become a source of sustainable competitive advantage and success. The study provides a broad review of literature on employer branding strategy, rooted in resource-based view of the firm and the field of strategic human resources management.
