The purpose of this article is to show the learning processes and challenges present in a group of teachers participating in a training and development program for intermediate leaders in educational organizations. We analyze the contents of the agendas of professional learning, and the difficulties of its implementation, in the schools these intermediate leaders work in. The article proposes that these programs of formation must consider an executing team with expert knowledge in the field and experience working in educational settings; the importance of a high coordination with stakeholders and school principals; the relevance of designing a methodology of learning for the development of influencing skills at an individual and group level...
