Diploma thesis is about communication activities in banking sector on social media, which are very widespread tool for marketing communications these days. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part or literary research and practical part. Theoretical part describes the various social networks, including their history and functions. Most of the theoretical part is focused on Facebook. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes tools that are used in the creation of content or in analyzing the success of communication. In the practical part I will create content, one post each month.
