This bachelor´s thesis deals with the motivation of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company. First part describes basic notions, which are important in relation to motivation. Next part introduces the most familiar theories, which deal with peoples´ motivation. The practical part builds on the theoretical knowledge and deals with the analysis of stimulation system in a selected firm. By using of questionnaire of research were found out problems and shortages in motivation of employees. After an evaluation of questionary examination, motivation factors were defined.
