The consumer and a purchase of organic food in the selected region

The bachelor paper characterizes organic farming and the organic food market in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to compare behaviours of consumers of Central Bohemia Region and Prague, and inquiry on the subject was carried out in both the given regions. Results of the inquiry were processed in Microsoft Excel and compared. In the analytical part, results of the inquiry are confronted with academic publications. As well there are suggestions offered to the organic food producers and distributors of the Czech Republic concerning improvement of their roles on the food market
