The Bachelor thesis focused on using of marketing tools in the fitness center Fitness Power. The primary purpose of this study was based on the information gathered leading to formulate proposals and recommendations to increase customer satisfaction. Within the theoretical recourses based on the study and comparison of professional literature and internet sources are describe important theoretical concepts, which are related to marketing services. In the practical part there was investigated using of individual tools and amplification of marketing mix in Fitness Power.
