Evaluation plan of common facilities implemented within the land consolidation project in Nova Ves u Kdyně cadaster

The aim of this thesis is to characterize landscaping focusing on the pitfalls that can accompany this process. The first part of the work is focused primarily on the characteristics of land consolidation, their importance, objectives and their forms. For a better idea of land consolidation at present, but in the past, the thesis is supplemented by a history of landscaping. The next section describes how to work on the land consolidation plan and funding for the complete picture. The literature search is finished land consolidation abroad. The output and the analytical part of the thesis is to study cadaster ofNová Ves u Kdyně, in which elements of the plan are put to public facilities. This analysis is complemented by a comprehensive landscaping assessment for users and residents of the cadastralarea
