Regulation of General Nature

Bachelor's thesis in its theoretical part deals with regulation of General Nature. Discusses the definition of the institution by means of specialized literature and focuses on its specifics. Based on the mixed nature of the Institute there are defined concrete and abstract administrative acts in the thesis and identified the key differences between them. The thesis defines examples of general measures, as defined under special laws. Subsequently, the theoretical part focuses on the process of issuing a general measure, as defined in the administrative order. With the knowledge from the theoretical part, the practical part is dedicated to field of urban planning. General measure particularly in this area is found in cases, where municipalities through general measures issue development plans for its cadastral area. For the elaboration of the practical part is used method of interview of two respondents. The respondents focus just on activities related to the issuance of land use plans, which are detected by the procedure of extradition. Following the findings there are recommendations on how to remove the found out shortcomings
