Education of employees in some selected institutions social service

Bachelor thesis called EDUCATION OF EMPLOYEES IN PARTICULAR SOCIAL CARE ORGANISATIONS is focused on comparing options of next educational level for workers in particular organizations, i.e. what kind of mandatory courses do they have, which subjects of next educational level do they prefer, and how supported are they by their own employers. Conditions of employee training are researched in three social service facilities. Two of them are contributory organizations and one is ecclesiastical. These three facilities offer their service for multihandicaped patients. Bachelor thesis is set to two parts: theoretical and practical.
