Active employment policy in the South-Czech Region

The goal of this thesis is to focus on the awareness of citizens on that register with the employment department, employers, inquiring after potential employees and statistics use services provided by the employment office. The services are meant an active employment policy, for which we consider so-called socially useful jobs, public works, retraining, investment incentives, bridging subsidies, subsidies, integration and contribution in the transition to a new business program. The first part or the theoretical part of the thesis will look at how general treatise on the employment Department, which is mentioned as the actual historical development from the very beginning until now. This part is focused on the information and rules active policies employment and their instruments. Finally, attention is paid to the European social fund from which are also drawn funds for active employment policy. The practical part is focused on a specific contact office of the employment Department in Tabor. All supported projects and direct use of all instruments of active employment policy at a designated liaison department of the employment Department, are analyzed and statistically evaluated
