The relationship and the legal status of contributory organizations and municipalities in education

This bachelor thesis in its theoretical part deals with charting of complex legal regulations of issues in school funded organizations established by the municipal offices, both in terms of founders of schools and school institutions, and in terms of independent funded organizations. It shows the process of establishment of school institutions, gives a comprehensive overview about their property and financial management, accounting, summarizes the competence of the Council and the municipal office at established schools. In the practical part there is realized an analysis of the management of two school funded organizations established by the town of Rokycany. The analysis is conducted for the period 2013 - 2015 and it is based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. On the base of the analysis of the management and analysis of the number of pupils in each school, with regard to demographic changes, the effect is evaluated which eventual merger of monitored schools could bring
