The financial analysis of selected business subject

This thesis entitled The financial analysis of selected business subject evaluates the level of management of selected construction company KOČÍ a.s. between 2010 and 2014. Required documents for the calculation of financial analysis were obtained from publicly available sources. The theoretical part briefly introduces the basic information and describes the methods of financial analysis. In the practical part are the methods of financial analysis applied to the company KOČÍ a.s. The results are compared to values for the branch of building industry or to recommended values. For the financial analysis of KOČÍ a.s. were used analysis of absolute, differential and ration indicators and bankruptcy and credibility models
