Self-production of firewood

Bachelor thesis deals with self-production of firewood in the national Park České Švýcarsko and Forest Management Děčín, comparing the self production of both entities. The theoretical part defines individual species of wood occurring in NPČŠ and Forest Management Děčín, describes procedures for logging through self production of wood and enumerates the legislation on self-production. The second half of the thesis is the practical part. There is the description of Forest Management Děčín and national Park České Švýcarsko. There is compared the extraction of forest and non-forest areas according to several established parameters (volume, share of total mining regeneration,incidental and thinning) and evaluation of the findings
