This master thesis is focused on quality management system in a chosen organization. The aim is to create searches of quality management system in general, especially to develop the level of applications in the selected organization and suggest partial improvements. Study norms ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9004 and other literature to analyze the level of implementation of quality management system in a chosen organization. Economically evaluate benefits and costs of a quality management system in an organization. Suggest partial improvements with the use quality improvement tools. The conclusion is rated quality management system in the selected organization and summarizes the partial improvements that are designed to increase the efficiency of the production process for the selected product
