The influence of longterm unemployment on work motivation

My bachelor work consists of three parts: introduction, main part and enclosure. The introduction shows the aim and methodology of my work. The main part divides into respective elaboration, evaluation, conclusion and a list of source material. The respective elaboration has four chapters -- Motivation, Work motivation, Unemployment and Long term unemployment and these topics are defined, described and individualized. In the second part of the main part there is the evaluation. Two hundred respondents were given a questionnaire by means of Employment office in Klatovy. Their answers were evaluated and elaborated into tables and diagrams and quantified. The list of source material, publications and web-based material is alphabetically listed. In the enclosure part there is the questionnaire, used in the research and filled by the target group -- short time and long time unemployed people registered by the Employment office in Klatovy
