The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the main consumer purchasing preferences of regional foods in the region Capital City of Prague and Central Bohemia. Methodology of the theoretical background is primarily in analysis, synthesis and compilation of secondary data from the available literature, legislation, information SZIF, MZe ČR, ČSÚ and the other relevant institutions. The methodology own work is based on a questionnaire survey using personal interviews. A questionnaire survey was conducted from October to November 2015 in Prague and Central Bohemia.
