The Importance of Manager´s Communication

Bachelor thesis deals with internal communication at Amadeus hotel, located in Aktau, Kazakhstan. The main goals of this work is to analyze and define the main ways and channels of internal communication within the hotel. Partial aim is to define the main communication skills of managers and their importance in the company. Yet another objective is to establish guidelines for communication manager with subordinates (internal communication). The work mainly used the following methods: a literature review of the theoretical part, analysis of internal communication at the polling staff to determine the details of the setting of internal communications at the hotel and effectiveness of this communication
