The Importance of a Delegation for an Effective Management

Thesis "The importance of delegation for the effective management" is focused on using of the delegation during the management. It consists of theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part basic concepts are defined from the area of management. There are defined concepts such as manager, functions of management, organization structure and there is also defined concept of delegating and the terms associated with it. The theoretical part is based on specialised literature and is written as literary review . The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the company selected for survey of this thesis. Own survey is carried out through structured interviews with managers, they should determine the importance of delegation for an effective management in the chosen company
