Implementation of statistical methods in quality management in a chosen organization

The masters thesis Implementation of statistical methods in quality management in chosen organization is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical preparation for the second practical part. The theoretical part consists of a literature review of currently used statistical methods in quality control according to ČSN ISO/TR 10017 and a description of the standards used in quality management. Furthermore, this section describes the seven basic tools of quality management. The second part is devoted to the presentation of the selected organization, describing the current state of evaluating the quality of the production, presentation of selected manufacturing process and product, application of control charts and economic evaluation. At the end of this thesis, the results are evaluated and there was a proposal for an appropriate strategy
