Staff Adaptation in Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals managed system of adaptation in the field of human resources. The main goal is, regarding the results of an empiric survey, to evaluate the established adaptation process of new employees at AMI Communications, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The literature review discusses the importance of personal work, emphasis is placed on staff recruitment and subsequent adaptation. The practical part contains characteristics of the company and the current description of the adaptation process. Following the evaluation of the adaptation process. To gain the necessary data a survey was conducted between employees that was focused on their satisfaction with the current process of adaptation and a series of interviews and analysis of internal documents. The results were used in a series of proposals to streamline adaptation in company. These measures will lead to faster and better adaptation of new employees in the work environment of the company
