Employment in the business sector

The thesis discusses the issues related to employment. Primarily focused on familiarization with labor legislation, particularly with the Act no. 206/2006 Coll., The Labour Code. Further defines basic terms of employment. In the next section followed by a detailed analysis of the course of employment in a particular company operating in the business sector, including the implementation of the survey. On the basis of data and information, the situation in the company reviewed and recommendations for improvement identified deficiencies
