State property management

In my thesis I deal with the theme management of the state property. In the beginning of my thesis the basic terminology is defined. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief discussion about the issue and states the main information relating to the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs. The practical portion of the thesis provides a comparison of the number of released public procurements at ministerial level. Public procurements are divided according to the type to below threshold, over-limit and small-scale procurements. Comparison of public procurements refers to the time period from 2011 to 2015. Individual Ministries are analyzed and compare between each other. In practical part of the thesis is also listed the specific example concerning the management of the state property. Finally, I evaluate the results as well as proposals, which would lead to the improvement of the present situation in the field of state property in the Czech Republic
